Owner & Creative Director
Elliott is the founder of Elliott Raben Productions Inc., a Toronto-based corporate media company specializing in video production, photography, and live-streaming. With a background in film & television and a keen eye for storytelling, he’s brought hundreds of campaigns to life for brands like Bell, TD, and all levels of government. He is passionate about helping clients feel confident on camera, simplifying the production process, and delivering high-impact content that supports marketing and communications goals.
Fun fact: His favourite artist is Céline Dion. His girlfriend is okay with that.

Kai DeDonato
Chief Technology Officer & Live Stream Specialist
Kai is the backbone of ERP's technical operations, bringing deep expertise in audio engineering, live-streaming, and production technology. Always ahead of the curve, he stays up to date with the latest advancements in the media production world, ensuring ERP delivers seamless, high-quality experiences for clients. With extensive experience producing live streams for events across the globe, Kai brings a level of technical precision and reliability that elevates every project that ensures our clients can focus on their message.
Fun fact: Terrified of haunted houses - loves horror movies.

Victoria Petinarelis
Graphic Designer & Social Media Content Creator
Victoria is a multidisciplinary graphic designer, social media manager, and content creator with a strong foundation in communications and customer service. She excels in fast-paced environments, delivering polished visual and digital content on tight deadlines. Award-winning and community focused, Victoria proudly supports Canadian content and currently works as a freelance digital content creator alongside her role at ERP.
Fun fact: When she was 16 she took up house league hockey for one season. She scored one goal, and broke 3 sticks.
